Is express delivery possible?
In some cases, express delivery is possible on request. However, additional charges may apply. These are then always coordinated with you.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, that's no problem at all! Would you like to receive an unprinted sample? Mail the product along with your request to info@rikegroup.com. You may of course keep the sample. For printed products, we always make a free digital print proof. This is non-binding and gives a good idea of the possible end result. As soon as the proof and sample are approved, your order will be set in motion.
Will I receive a proof for approval?
Yes, we will never start the printing process without having submitted a digital proof to you for approval.
Can I change the order I have already placed?
This is still possible until the time of approval of the printing proof. Please contact our sales specialist for this.
