How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first at order@rikegroup.com. Please state the order number and reason for return in your e-mail. We will then send you the return instructions. Make sure that the product is returned unused and in its original state.
Please note that personalised or printed products cannot be returned unless there is a mistake or defect. We ask you to notify us in advance, preferably with a photo via our customer service order@rikegroup.com. Once we have received and checked your return, you will be notified of the refund within 5 working days.
